The Position

We are looking for a Price Analyst candidate for a period of 6 months, starting June 2024.

Integrated into the finance & supply departments, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Your daily life will be punctuated by the following missions: -Order Price Analysis - Checking all orders of the day to cross check if the prices are being picked up correctly -Contract Price Analysis - Checking if all products for contracted customers are being picked up correctly -Data Cleaning: Working with the finance analyst to update the right data in the system -Reporting: Generating regular reports based on data analysis and providing insights to support decision-making processes. -Quality Assurance: Verifying the accuracy and integrity of data -Documentation: Documenting data analysis and price analysis changes -Product Substitutions - Identifying product substitutions that would require to be included in the contract -Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes for increased efficiency and accuracy. -Presentation: Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Training & Experience -Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics/order taking or similar position required -IT and ERP knowledge required (SAP preferred) -Knowledge of Invoicing and order processes -Professional experience in the healthcare environment is a plus -Languages: Fluent French and Arabic, Professional English

Skills & Qualities -Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities -Ability to work in a team and collaborate internally and externally -Rigor and organization -Sense of ethics and respect for procedures and regulations

NOTE: Successful candidate will be hired through a third party agency - temporary contract
