:Candidates must have deep expertise in UAE supply chain within a retail distribution and e-commerce environment.Our client is an international brand with a strong presence in the health and wellbeing sector.We are hiring a UAE experienced supply chain manager with experience of establishing warehouse and logistics processes and systems in an FMCG retail distribution or wholesale organization.The successful candidate will focus on optimizing product delivery by managing supply planning, warehouse, distribution and using data insights to deliver the right product, at the right time, to the right place, at the agreed cost.Role Summary

• Establish best practices, S&OPs and metrics for sourcing, demand planning, inbound, dispatch, order processing, deliveries and inventory management systems and processes for UAE and GCC distribution.

• Manage all inbound, dispatch, capacity planning and inventory management activities.

• End to end sourcing and procurement - timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services; establish an ethical vendor list, manage vendor relationships; evaluate contract compliance and overall performance; tendering (RFP/ RFQ) process.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in shelf life expiry FMCG products warehouse space and inventory management \xe2\x80\x93 optimal utilization of space and managing stock levels to reduce excess.

• Logistics and last mile delivery to optimize route plans to meet delivery schedules and cost effectives targets.

• Experience of developing S&OPs and supply chain metrics and KPIs is mandatory.

• Commercial and financial acumen \xe2\x80\x93 strong negotiation skills, cost analysis and control and supply chain risk management.

• In depth experience of SAP.

• UAE driving license is a strong advantage.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is mandatory

• Certification in Supply Chain Management is a strong advantage

Candidate Profile

• Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.

• Fluent in English as this role communicates with clients, vendors and European head office.

• Self-driven, action and results focused and able to work confidently and independently.
