Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal female candidate will excel in professional communication, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support logistics in our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and manage professional emails, ensuring clear and effective communication with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and managing follow-up actions.
• Proficiency in logistics operations
• Work swiftly and efficiently with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufactures to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support the preparation of purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and transactions.
Preference:
• Female.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
