Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, they identify procurement needs, evaluate suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Generate new sales opportunities through telemarketing, networking & social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals by placing an order
• Follow up on client payments
• Experience as a Sales Executive or outdoor sales in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients.
• Additional certifications in sales or facilities management are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, services, and technologies.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the facilities management sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Additional certifications in sales or facilities management are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, services, and technologies.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of received materials, including quantity, quality, serial numbers, and other relevant details.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, contractors, and service providers based on project requirements and company guidelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise during the procurement process.
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements, outlining terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
• Monitor contract compliance
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies related to construction and contracting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of received materials, including quantity, quality, serial numbers, and other relevant details.
• Generate and update inventory reports, ensuring real-time visibility into stock levels and discrepancies.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and MS PowerPoint)
Having full working knowledge of Incoterms.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong work ethic and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
