Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional who can oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to logistics, and drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Oversee procurement activities including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Undertake day to day logistics and administration activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, sales, and finance to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory turnover to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Manage logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the supply chain process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 4-5 years in chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and software systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ERP, other supply chain management software and M.S. Office.
