• Participate in the development of the overall business strategy as member of the AME & SC RUMEAA Leadership Team.
• Lead and steer an aligned AME SC strategy, linked with AME SRM and Global SC roadmap. Deployment of local process and standard to improve cost and SL in the region.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain processes from MU S&OP, demand planning, customer operations and SC customer collaboration, logistics, value added services, local quality assurance and regulatory affairs as well as supply chain development to identify optimization opportunities and influencing stakeholders to deliver best overall business outcomes.
• Ensure high performance of the 4 Operating Units, including efficiencies by identifying and consolidating synergies (assortment, supply, master data, quality, regulatory, people-GE).
• Liaise with functional stakeholders to ensure effective matrix management of business-critical activities.
• Establish and maintain effective supply chain and customer management relationships with key customers, suppliers and other partners.
• Responsible for budgeting, project management and oversight of relevant departmental change programs to effectively define and deliver a continuous improvement agenda for own span of control.
• Build a future-fit SC organization (structure, tasks, people, skills, processes & recognition). Develop talent and build succession planning for SC AME.
• Guide, coach, develop and engage our Supply Chain team with a strong One Team mentality to maximize performance. High focus on developing key talent in the business.
