JOB TITLE Coordinator Supply Chain| MAF Retail | Head Office UAEROLE SUMMARY The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for meeting, greetings and assisting visitors, employees and suppliers.ROLE PROFILE
Coordinating with the Chef, Sales Team, Finance and team to ensure all details are accurate before raising work order and hand over to Production Team.
Ensuring all work orders are created are completed and closed within the day as daily basis to ensure there is no gap between costing at finance during month end.
Ensure all item codes are updated at the system before creating work order.
Ensure all Raw materials are ordered according to daily consumption and safety stocks for the production.
Ensure items are received and transfer in system according to purchasing orders and Delivery Note.
Communicating with the supplier and warehouse team regarding on order and deliveries.
Performing as Stock Controller during month end Inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Good analytical thinking skills.
Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
Good command of English language.
