JOB PURPOSE:To manage data and coordinate with internal departments.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Knowledge of supply chain operations
Computer proficiency, experience in MS office and other software packages will be an added advantage.
Main responsibilities include order entry, expediting delivery, order tracking etc.
Strong communication skills and coordination with internal departments.
Keep track of orders and populating system with required information.
Ensure company policies are being met and comply with company objectives and strategy.
Invoice processing and document filing.
Supporting the team and other departments with required reports.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Degree in management or related field
Experience one year or entry level
