Job Description

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2. Fluent in Arabic Language

3. Very Good in English Language

4. A minimum of 3-5 years in Supply Chain or a closely related field

5. Prior experience with vendor management

6. Previous involvement in cost-reduction initiatives

7. Proficiency in Supply Chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

8. Strong data analysis skills

9. Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, for financial modeling

10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

1. Identify potential suppliers and maintain relationships with current ones. Evaluate and choose suppliers based on various factors, including cost, quality, reliability, and compliance.

2. Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, encompassing price, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure favorable agreements.

3. Create, oversee, and manage purchase orders, ensuring they are accurate and complete. Monitor and track purchase orders throughout the Supply Chain process.

4. Conduct cost analyses and comparisons to determine the most cost-efficient suppliers and products while upholding quality standards.

5. Continuously evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns related to quality, timeliness, or other relevant factors.

6. Ensure that all Supply Chain activities conform to company policies and relevant laws and regulations, including ethical sourcing and sustainability considerations.

7. Maintain precise records of all Supply Chain activities, encompassing contracts, invoices, and receipts.

8. Implement cost control strategies to reduce Supply Chain expenses while maintaining product quality and nurturing supplier relationships.
