What we expect from you:

• Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
• Identify shortages and act in a timely manner
• Define inventory KPIs and track them regularly
• Oversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain the needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
• Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain
• Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company or at other locations
• Participate as an advisory member of the quality team to provide information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
• Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree is a must.
• 4+ Year experience in inventory management and supply chain
• Zoho Inventory Software experience is a plus!
• Excellent knowledge in data analysis
• Great attention to details
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and confidential
