About the role

You will be responsible for supply planning of Reckitt's portfolio of products within a major category / market. Playing a key role in the Reckitt demand and supply planning team, the role is responsible to ensure the inventory of Reckitt Benckiser products is in line with the company's requirement i.e., optimal levels both in terms of Demand and Net Working Capital

Your responsibilities

Pro-actively managing Supply Planning operations to deliver the required level of inventory, minimizing costs whilst meeting customer service level. provide recommendations on production & embellishment plans of finished goods, coordinate with factories Lead and prepare weekly service call to challenge factory's production plan to maximize service level with optimum inventory. Flag supply risk to the business, with proactive plans Actively reduce stock obsolescence by constantly reviewing the supply plans, as well as play a part a part in SLOBS mitigation plans Actively manage the optimum levels of inventory in your portfolio, by weekly factory engagements, all risks (over/low stocks) to be highlighted with action plans. Ensuring business waste is kept minimal for product relaunches or promotions. Analyse any out of stock or over stocked situation to understand the root cause and relate the impact to the business. Taking fast pro-active steps to bring in stocks when facing shortage and find ways to reduce inventories when stocks are high. Able to challenge status quo and provide solutions/opinions to improve current way of working to seek productivity. Maintain and manage supply/demand related reports e.g., daily trackers, SNP & JDE downloaded reports, CTC Maintain master data in ERP systems (JDE/SAP) Ensure supply chain continuity with phase in phase out, new project initiatives

The experience we're looking for

University degree related to the field of Supply Chain or Procurement. Good understanding of the FMCG nature and business. Customer centric and with strong customer service mindset. Good command of English. Knowledge in SAP APO SNP, JD Edwards, MS Office (especially in MS Excel). Team player and able to work with cross functional organization to ensure objectives are met. Analytical, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High levels of motivation to get the job done. Act as a change catalyst.
