Position : Supervisor/Shift In-charge

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.
• Act as Shift In-charge, managing team performance, production targets, and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize production efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery.
• Ensure proper shift handover and accurate reporting of production data.
• Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance and resolving any operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements :

• Experience in production supervision, preferably in a PE film or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team management abilities.
