Job Description

To provide requested beverages required by clients; management, office building residents and for ad hoc meetings. To provide, on request, all food and beverages required for meetings, and conferences including setting up the area for service. Contribute and promote a safe environment within the buildings and areas for all end-users. To build positive working relationships with team members to ensure good working environment To implement improvements in relation to the services provided as required by Assistant Manager Soft Services Housekeeping. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order, clean and pest-free. Must follow the Rules and Regulations of the department and ensure the safety of the housekeepers at work. Attend training sessions as required. Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of knowledge, skills, and abilities as may from time to time be delegated. Must have a high school certificate Must understand and speak English and have a working knowledge of Arabic Other languages, especially Arabic an advantage. Wear the required uniform at all times and ensure it is clean and pressed and shoes polished To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene To report any misuse of equipment, any maintenance issues with equipment and to help maintain the safety of himself and others in the team Works cooperatively with customers/stakeholders, maintaining regular, consistent, and clear communications. Knowledge of stock control, inventory, and stock handling. To work within the guidelines set out in the Housekeeping Operational Manual with regard to service, quality assurance, H&S, environment, and food hygiene practices. Must be capable of understanding the requests and prepare accordingly. Must have knowledge of pantry management, food storage, and food safety. Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel:
