Supervisor Aluminum/glass Division
Job Description
The Supervisor for the Aluminum/Glass Division is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the division.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the Aluminum/Glass Division.
• Ensure that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor work processes to ensure that workers comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of production schedules, staffing, and material requirements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the aluminum/glass industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum/glass manufacturing processes and quality standards.
