Job Title: Supervisor, Warehouse Department / Location: DSV Solutions / NEOM Line Reporting: Operations Manager Warehouse

Qualifications and Experience: Education: - A diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business. Experience: - A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in 3PL warehouse operations or logistics functions, with exposure to local, regional, or global operations. Competencies: - Proficient in resource and order planning. - Strong command of both written and spoken English. - Demonstrates responsibility, accountability, and a strong work ethic; works effectively as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills; capable of working independently and under pressure. - Strong proficiency in PC skills. - Preferably possesses a Forklift operating license. - Exhibits good discipline and logical thinking. - In-depth knowledge of customer service principles, practices, procedures, and KPIs. - Sound judgment in decision-making. - Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate the work of direct reports. - Effective in verbal and written communication. - Skilled in coordinating and discussing customer service issues with both officials and customers. - Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, as well as subcontractors. - Competent in understanding and communicating processes, policies, and procedures to customers. Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of storekeepers and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management and cargo movement (Inbound & Outbound). - Manage shift schedules and rosters for direct reports. - Respond to customer needs in a timely and effective manner, ensuring clear communication. - Support management in achieving operational targets and preparing various reports for management review. - Monitor subcontractor performance and develop improvement plans to address any performance issues. - Ensure compliance with company quality and safety procedures. - Handle additional tasks and assignments as directed by management. - Monitor service quality and asset utilization within the warehouse. - Evaluate and review existing production and warehouse operations. Required Skills: - Experience with Red Prairie / CargoWRITE - WMS. - Proficiency in basic Excel reporting tools. - Strong communication skills. - Confidence in executing tasks and making decisions.
