Job Title: Supervisor - Warehouse & Logistics


Core Job Responsibilities:


• Individual should be capable of developing an Aviation Warehouse and system independently.
• Oversee the inventory management and control processes for aircraft spare parts and materials.
• Lead and develop a team of stores and logistics staff, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
• Implement and maintain effective documentation and record-keeping systems related to stores and logistics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• The controlling and monitoring of day-to-day stores activity, including data entry and recording of stock movements in the AD software
• Ensuring that the stores areas are well defined and indicated by applicable signs into - inwards goods, Bonded store, unserviceable, Serviceable areas, Commercial Goods, DG Storage, and lockable Quarantine area and that parts are placed in the correct locations.
• Collaborate with maintenance planning and engineering teams to forecast spare parts and materials requirements.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize stock and reduce costs.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Infrastructure planning and development.




Educational Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in aviation management with added qualification in Warehouse/ Logistics Management.


Experience Required:



- At least 10+ years of experience in an Airline/ Warehouse & Logistics.


Competencies:


• Proven experience in Warehouse, Logistics and Stores management within the aircraft maintenance industry in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft spare parts and materials, including handling, storage, and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
