Job Description

Overview
The Aviation Training Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Training Department Manager. Has responsibility for all day-to-day training functions and is responsible for continuous improvement of all training outputs.



Also will be responsible for:



1. Supervise and direct the daily activities of the training department.

2. Provide support and guidance for the development of training staff.

3. Continues review on training process procedures and provide recommended changes to SOP.

4. Coordinate training programs offered by Technical and Corporate Training institute.

5. Ensure all instructional design and the development of training curricula are in accordance with SAT.

6. Ensure smooth and effective instructional of training events (both classroom and OJT) for all departments by coordinating the logistics, systems and equipment for training sessions.


7. Tracks all training activity completion and reports training metrics on a timely basis to Management.

8. Delivers orientation training to New Training Personal and perform all administrative duties as appraisals schedules and attendance.

9. Oversee the implementation and assessment of training courses.

10. Develop and maintain training schedules, reports and management processes for training activities, including On-the-Job training.

11. Validate tests and examination questions developed.

12. Conduct classroom observation for instructional improvement.

13. Review trainee Course Evaluations and perform independent evaluation to determine effectiveness of training and recommend/implement revisions to courses as required to improve training effectiveness.

14. Perform any other training related duties as assigned by the Training Team Leads or Manager.

Qualification
- Diploma degree in Aviation Engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Education is preferred.


Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years


• Experience in delivery of professional training programs with specific experience in aviation maintenance
• Minimum of 3 Years Training Supervisory skills
