Job Title: Garage Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Garage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our garage. The successful candidate will manage a team of mechanics and technicians, ensure high-quality service, maintain safety standards, and handle administrative tasks. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of garage staff, including mechanics, technicians, and support personnel.

Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure timely and high-quality service.

Schedule and prioritize work assignments to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage tools and equipment.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Train and mentor staff, promoting skill development and teamwork.

Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment logs.

Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting for garage operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive repair, maintenance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, computer systems, and related software.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record .
