Job Description

The role of a supervisor involves overseeing a range of staff within the organization. A supervisor is responsible for the successful day-to-day running of the outlet, organizing staff schedules and delegating duties. A supervisor is expected to have a smart appearance and possess strong leadership qualities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Over 2 years of experience in the mobile, laptop, or camera industry, with a strong technical background.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile devices, laptops, and cameras, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mobile, laptop, and camera technology.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.

Proficiency in inventory management and retail software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
