We are hiring a Receptionist/Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer services
• Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor daily operations " Answering telephone, Encode in System "
• Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
• Monitor and review guest feedback
• Resolve customer complaints
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability Inform clients about new services and offers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
