Position: Supervisor
Salary: 3000 AED
Location: Manar Mall, Al Muntasir
Duty hours: As per Mall timings
Experience: 2-3 years (In Amusement center) Job Duties: \xc2\xb7 Supervise and lead a team of staff, including facilitators, concessions, and support personnel. \xc2\xb7 Provide support to ensure staff members meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the safe and efficient operation of rides, attractions, and facilities. \xc2\xb7 Monitor queue lines and crowd control to minimize guest wait times and congestion. \xc2\xb7 Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming and fun atmosphere. \xc2\xb7 Implement and enhance the overall guest experience, including cleanliness, entertainment, and service quality. \xc2\xb7 Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, policies, and procedures for all staff and guests. \xc2\xb7 Conduct safety inspections and audits, and report any safety concerns to the appropriate authorities. \xc2\xb7 Manage inventory of supplies, food, and merchandise, and optimize resource utilization.
