We're looking for someone dynamic and passionate, ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.Job AccountabilitiesAs Supervisor of Life Insurance Section - Marketing, your role will involve:
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing content in Arabic and English to be fully compliant and aligned with the regulatory requirement.
Support ZWS with email marketing (SalesForce or other CMS), tracking performance metrics, gathering insights, and supporting reporting efforts. analytics through dashboard.
Maintain and update the marketing compliance tracker to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Assist in the creation / update of new registration forms, FAQs, and presentations as per the inputs from CRM teams and members feedback.
Develop surveys for admins and customers post-webinar, financial needs assessment, etc.
Collaborate with the web development team to update the website's content and design.
Organize events and webinars, manage Q&A sessions

Job QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
UAE citizen - Fluency in Arabic and English.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Excellent English and Arabic written communication skills (online and offline content).
Excellent English and Arabic verbal communication skills.
Experience in a related field (Finance and insurance).
MS office, Canva - Proficiency Level Advance
Salesforce and any other CMS - Proficiency Level Advance
Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or specialized analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Web Analytics: Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics
Marketing Analytics: Understanding of marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates) and how to analyze them
