BG Global HR is actively recruiting a- Lead and- Serve as the- Oversee the implementation of maintenance strategies for automatic assembly lines to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all machinery is operational and maintained as per company protocols and safety standards.
- Promote a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor team members on troubleshooting techniques and maintenance best practices
- Monitor and enforce the quality plan for processes and products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with the Plant Manager, providing reports on maintenance activities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for processes, machinery, and materials.Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong expertise in maintaining automatic small component manufacturing lines.
- Prior experience in leading a maintenance team in a production environment.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, and fiber optics is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
