They assist in maintaining proper coverage and schedules to uphold high levels of customer service. Conducting store operations audits is part of their responsibilities to ensure compliance with required standard operating policies. Furthermore, they oversee the store\'s after-sales processes, ensuring adherence to repair/return policies through effective communication with internal stakeholders. Addressing customer needs and resolving complaints promptly are priorities, with a focus on providing exceptional service and establishing rapport with potential and existing customers. Visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand policy, and promotions and pricing accuracy are ensured in line with company standards. Generating and analyzing sales reports allows them to provide insights to maximize stock potential and report on the performance of new and core collections. They submit daily invoices and sales recaps to Finance and execute store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and record-keeping, in accordance with company standard operating procedures. Maintaining proper loss prevention standards, compliance with cash handling procedures, and managing inventory movements and discrepancies are also part of their duties. Additionally, they ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the store to meet company and brand standards. Directing the team to follow standard operating procedures and store appearance standards is crucial, while they may also carry out cashier duties as required.
