Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor with expertise in gas systems, fitout projects, and construction management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in supervising projects within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of gas system fitout projects to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and technical expertise throughout project implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to address technical issues, manage project changes, and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supervising gas systems, fitout projects, or related construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of gas systems, MEP systems, and relevant local regulations and standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
