Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor with a specialization in fire AMC, fitout, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fire protection systems, coupled with leadership skills and project management experience in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the execution of fire AMC, fitout projects, and installations to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and technical expertise throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and client requirements.
• Manage project resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimize project outcomes and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any technical or logistical issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising fire AMC, fitout projects, or related construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NFPA, UAE Fire and Life Safety Code).
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
