MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLETo provide administrative and technical support to ensure that routine facility processes, including building operations, and projects are executed.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures the Facilities Operations and Projects team delivers tasks efficiently and within the specified timelines.
• Conducts daily Tool Box meetings with technicians to address and monitor issues effectively.
• Documents all activity logs and maintenance records for facility assets, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
• Ensures business continuity by maintaining system availability and reliability.
• Manages the daily activities of external contractors in respect to the maintenance and housekeeping of all flydubai managed facilities.
• Coordinates with various departments to ensure clear understanding and fulfillment of facility related requirements while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Ensure that maintenance contractors adhere to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for each equipment they maintain according to the scheduled plan.
• Coordinate with authorities for all facility related activities.
• Conducts inspections and risk assessments of all flydubai facilities to ensure a risk-free environment and ensure compliance with quality, safety and cost standards.
• Assists with the evaluation of vendors in terms of their performance, compliance to safety and deliverables.
• Maintains and enhances the overall health, safety, and environmental standards of all facilities.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance of hard and soft services, to ensure they are conducted in the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective manner.
