xe2x97x8f Responsible for running the DC operations which involves multiple functions like: Receiving, putaway,
dispatch, inventory control & quality
xe2x97x8f DC supervisor is responsible for DC level KPIs and is required to optimize and continue improving
processes to reach the KPIs targets.
xe2x97x8f DC supervisor is accountable for health & safety, stock levels, availability and cost among many other KPIs
xe2x97x8f Focused on local activities, however will have light interactions with regional and central teams to drive improvements
xe2x97x8f Work closely with demand planner, commercial, operations, procurement, inventory control & finance
xe2x97x8f Manage ~20-30 employees, and is responsible for monthly connects, development plans and attendance
xe2x97x8f DC supervisor is expected to oversee inventory, availability and cost
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with the demand planning team to optimize on purchases, availability and inventory
xe2x97x8f Work with finance team to optimize the operating costsWhat Did We Order?
xe2x97x8f You have at least 5-7 years of experience in warehousing & DC.
xe2x97x8f solid knowledge of all DC operations, inventory control and basic finance knowledge
xe2x97x8f You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
xe2x97x8f Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
xe2x97x8f Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
xe2x97x8f Language Skills: Very Good English would be highly advantageous.
