:We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Supervisor Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain management, distribution, and logistics. They must demonstrate expertise in leveraging technology to optimize warehouse processes and bring an innovative, creative mindset to problem-solving and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations:Supervise day-to-day operations in the furniture department, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space while maintaining inventory accuracy. Supply Chain Systems:Extract and analyze reports on a day to day basis.Utilize supply chain portals and warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor and manage inventory. Provide training and support to staff for effective system usage. Technology Integration:Identify and implement technological advancements to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Analyze data and generate insights for performance improvement. Innovative Problem-Solving:Apply design thinking principles to develop creative solutions for operational challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new workflows and processes. Distribution and Logistics:Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture products. Monitor and manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectations. Team Leadership:Manage and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and compliance with safety standards. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. Generate regular reports on inventory, operational efficiency, and departmental performance.Warehouse HSE and Safety Compliance and standards are maintained.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering.
0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in furniture or a similar industry.

Preferred: Power Query, Power BI, Python, & SAS

Must: MS Office, Advanced Excel, proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates and inventory software.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau for visual analytics.
