Back and front of the house experience
PIC level is a must
Experience within fast food restaurant in Dubai
MUST KNOW HOW TO DO Inventory and COGS count on weekly basis
Must be able to help staff in prep/ cleaning/ opening and closing restaurant
Must have experience dealing with delivery drivers and deliveries
Able to multitask and flexible
Computer literate (word, excel, etc) and excellent writing and communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure
Able to communicate to management and suggest on improvements.
