We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Female Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in our Beauty Saloon. The ideal candidate should have a strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach to team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervisor and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure productivity and quality standards. Train, mentor and evaluate team members to foster professional growth and maintain high performance. Monitor workflow and address any issues that arise to keep the operation running smoothly. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulation and industry standards. Handle scheduling, attendance and performance management. Communicate effectively with team members and upper management to report progress and concerns. Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements:

years of experience in a supervisory or leadership roles. strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decision.
