Excellent communication verbal or written.

Manage Restaurant staff's work schedules and proper SOP (e.g., uniform).

Might be part of recruitment process - interview and trials.

Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.

Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.

Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Reliever to the FOH staff if needed.

Involve in staff operational trainings.

Opening checklist (performing the opening checklist and daily duties allocation)

Closing checklist (performing the closing checklist and daily closing allocation)

Checking and controlling delivery orders.

Ensure the general cleanliness of the entire outlet during & off operations.

Checking & reporting team attendance.

Ensure that all people are well groomed.

Briefing and section allocation

Assigning people on their sections

Checking if the Sequence of service is applied in the operation.

Checking that the food and drinks are served on time.

Table visits during the absence of the manager / Assistant manager.

Communicating operations progress / challenges to the in charge.

Maintaining the service quality by checking order timing, food service quality and consistency.

Daily report: filling the daily report.

Communicating and following up on daily orders/ requestions.

Controlling & monitoring staff performance on a daily basis.

Representing the company when there is inspection from the authority.

Conducting training for new employees/new joiners.
