Job Title: Supervisor Job Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team or department. This role involves managing performance, providing guidance and training, and ensuring that organizational policies and procedures are followed. Supervisors play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, addressing issues that arise, and ensuring work meets established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of employees, ensuring they meet performance standards and productivity goals.
• Training and Development: Provide training to new employees, monitor progress, and conduct ongoing development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Performance Management: Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate employee performance, and provide regular feedback. Address any performance issues and ensure employees are working at their full potential.
• Scheduling and Staffing: Coordinate daily tasks, manage employee schedules, and ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet operational needs.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve conflicts, workplace challenges, or employee concerns promptly and effectively.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all tasks are carried out according to the company's standards, policies, and legal regulations. Implement procedures to improve product/service quality.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee performance, attendance, and other relevant data. Prepare reports for upper management on team performance, issues, and achievements.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that workplace safety standards are maintained and that all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and upper management. Ensure clear and open communication within the team.
• Administrative Duties: Perform clerical duties such as organizing workflow, reviewing documents, and ensuring the team has necessary resources to complete tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred in some industries).
• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a related industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office, etc.) and other relevant tools

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
