The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the disposable trading industry, with more than 6 years of experience in the UAE. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments. - Manage and coordinate staff schedules and activities. - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. - Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance. - Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies. - Plan and forecast inventory need to meet market demand. - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
