Our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability has made us a trusted name in the real estate industry.Job Overview:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor - Accounts Payable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and suppliers. This is a key role within our organization and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the accounts payable function and ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Review and approve all invoices and payment requests
  • Resolve any payment discrepancies and investigate any variances
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile accounts payable balances
  • Monitor and track aging of payables and take appropriate action to ensure timely payments
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Train and mentor junior staff members and provide support as needed
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
