Job Description

Ensure that the food and beverage service workers in their sections are well groomed, properly attired and efficient. Check table settings. Coordinate service so food is served at the proper time and temperature. Greet guests and present menus and wine lists.

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
• Prepare food order summaries for chefs according to requests from dieticians, patients in hospitals or other customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
