Job Title: Supervision Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervision Engineer to join our consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working as a supervision engineer or civil inspector in a consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site visits and send detailed reports to clients and contractors.

- Ensure that all work is implemented as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Follow and enforce site safety standards and regulations.

- Demonstrate strong proven experience in managing villa projects from start to finish.

- Track project tasks and ensure timely project completion.

- Utilize software tools such as Primavera and MS Project to manage project timelines.

- Calculate the percentage of work completed on-site.

- Control contractors and oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a consulting firm as a supervision engineer or civil inspector.

- Extensive knowledge of site safety standards and regulations.

- Proven experience in villa projects from inception to completion.

- Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project software.

- Strong ability to track and report on project progress.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work.
