1. Experience working on oil and gas fabrication projects.
2. Prior work experience in the Middle East or Gulf region.
3. Knowledge of the specific requirements and standards for oil and gas projects in the region.
4. Ability to handle projects of different scales and complexities.
5. Familiarity with the latest fabrication technologies and techniques in the oil and gas industry.
6. Strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Ability to liaise with different stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory authorities.
8. Deep understanding of safety protocols and procedures in oil and gas fabrication.
9. Proficiency in necessary software and tools for oil and gas fabrication projects.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome potential challenges in projects.
11. Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and clients.
12.
