We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Vibration Analysis to join our team. The SME will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and insights in the field of vibration analysis, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of project documentation, training content, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vibration monitoring, diagnostics, and analysis, with a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field.Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert knowledge and insights in vibration analysis to support project teams and stakeholders.
Develop, review, and approve project documentation, training content, and manuals related to vibration analysis.
Conduct thorough research to stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in vibration analysis.
Identify potential areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform vibration analysis on machinery and equipment to diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement vibration monitoring programs to ensure the reliability and performance of equipment.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients on vibration analysis-related matters.
Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Vibration Analysis (e.g., ISO Category II or III) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in vibration analysis, monitoring, and diagnostics.
Strong understanding of vibration theory, measurement techniques, and data interpretation.
Proficiency in using vibration analysis tools (e.g., FFT analyzers, vibration meters, accelerometers) and software Expertise (e.g., AMS, CSI, or similar platforms)
Certification in vibration analysis (e.g., ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analyst) is highly preferred..
