DESCRIPTIONAbout the Role: We're seeking an innovative Program Manager to lead technology initiatives within External Fulfillment (EF) organization for Middle East, North Africa & Turkey Market places. This role requires technical expertise to develop and implement automation and GenAI solutions that enhance our Vendor Flex, Seller Flex & Easy Ship Programs.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of automation tools and GenAI initiatives to optimize External Fulfillment operations - Design and deploy data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency across Vendor Flex and Seller Flex nodes - Analyze complex datasets to identify optimization opportunities and develop predictive models for capacity planning - Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems for operational metrics - Collaborate with vendors/sellers to implement technical solutions for warehouse management - Drive process improvements through technical innovation and data analysis - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for technology implementationsTechnical Skills Required:- Strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL - Experience with data science and machine learning techniques - Ability to develop and maintain ETL pipelines - Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) - Understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain technologies - Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred) - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in process optimization and automationQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of relevant experience in technology and operations - Proven track record of implementing technical solutions in operations environment - Experience with agile methodologies and project management - Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - 2+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in analyzing data to drive decisionsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
