Neo Immigration is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Study Visa Consultant to join our growing team. As a Study Visa Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding aspiring students on their journey to international education.

Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to understand their academic goals, career aspirations, and preferred study destinations.
• Provide comprehensive information on available programs, universities, and immigration requirements.
• Explain the benefits of studying abroad, including career prospects, cultural exposure, and personal growth.

Application Assistance:

• Guide students through the application process, including university selection, document preparation, and visa applications.
• Assist students with visa interviews and address any concerns or queries they may have.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong and lasting relationships with students and their families.
• Proactively address student concerns and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with students throughout the application and visa process.

Marketing & Sales:

• Contribute to marketing and sales efforts, including attending education fairs and conducting presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions abroad.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of international education systems and visa requirements.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
