: Studio Stylist - Visual Merchandiser (Retail Showroom - Home)

Position : Studio Stylist - Visual Merchandiser

Reports to : Showroom Manager

Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative and talented Studio Stylist - Visual Merchandiser to join our home retail showroom team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of style, an eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling displays that enhance our brand and attract customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Styling and Display Creation : Design and implement engaging and attractive visual displays in the showroom to showcase home products effectively.
• Photo Shoots : Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to style home products for photo shoots, ensuring consistency with the brand's aesthetic.
• Brand Consistency : Maintain brand standards in all visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that displays align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Trend Research : Stay updated on industry trends, home decor, and interior design to bring fresh and innovative ideas to visual merchandising projects.
• Showroom Layout Optimization : Strategically arrange showroom layouts and product placements to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Seasonal Themes and Promotions : Plan and execute seasonal themes, special promotions, and events, creating visual displays that attract and engage customers.
• Inventory Management : Oversee the management and organization of display inventory and materials, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaboration : Work closely with showroom managers, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective visual presentations.
• Training and Development : Train and mentor showroom staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on visual merchandising activities, performance metrics, and their impact on sales.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or styling, preferably in the home retail industry.
• Skills :
• Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and photography styling.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current home decor and interior design trends.

Additional Requirements :

• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
