Job Opportunity: Studio Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Requires permanent relocation

Whether you're an enthusiastic learner with a genuine interest in photographic and lighting equipment, or an experienced Professional, with a solid understanding of photographic equipment and a proven track record in team management, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our Rental and Shoot Assistant Team of 12 people.
- Ensure our rental stock is well-maintained and up-to-date.
- Deliver excellent customer service to keep our clients satisfied and engaged.
- Proactively engage with potential new customers to grow our client base.
- Research emerging technologies to ensure our inventory stays relevant in a fast-paced industry.

What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for photographic and lighting equipment.
- Team management experience (ideal but not essential).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, and take on a 3 to 5 year commitment

HotCold Studio is the leading Rental Studio in the UAE.
Based in Dubai, we are serving customers in the whole of UAE as well as other countries in the Middle East.
We are keen to implement our expansion strategy over the coming 3 years, which you will be an essential part of, while
ensuring that the daily operations continue to run smoothly.

We are looking for the right personality, and we welcome applications from people with a keen interest in Photography, also if you don't have many years of
experience from the industry yet, but have decided that you would like to stay within the industry and develop yourself further

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED120,000.00 per year
