to lead our creative team, oversee daily operations, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the photography and videography studio. Manage a team of photographers, videographers, editors, and creative professionals. Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain high-quality standards in all creative outputs, ensuring consistency with Liali Events' brand. Handle studio scheduling, bookings, and client communications. Supervise post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of edited photos and videos. Manage studio equipment, inventory, and technology to ensure optimal performance. Implement efficient processes to improve workflow, productivity, and team collaboration. Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas for enhancing studio services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Studio Manager

, Creative Director, or a similar role in photography/videography. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in photography/videography equipment and editing software. Knowledge of project management tools and workflow optimization. Strong communication and client service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end event environment.
