Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with them, youll lead a small team of creative professionals responsible for the ongoing care, repair, and enhancement of our iconic wax figures.
Utilising your artistic skills in painting, hair styling, and makeup application to maintain the impeccable realism Madame Tussauds is known for.
Manage the daily operation of the attraction to ensure the presentation of the attraction, including figures, is delivered to the highest standard.
To ensure the team deliver an exceptional guest experience through leadership, coaching and development.
Work closely with the General Manager on marketing to maximise promotional opportunities.
Oversee rostering and performance of Studios Team
Manage the Studios department ensuring that the figures and attraction are maintained to the highest standard.
Involvement and collaboration with marketing, public relations and operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
A strong artistic background with hands-on experience in disciplines such as painting, hair styling, and makeup application.
Proven experience in a creative or artistic environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
