Improve student progress and achievement by helping to minimize barriers to learning and maximize student participation
Specific Duties
To devise, implement and evaluate specialized programs of work to encourage and promote a student\'s social emotional and behavioral development.
To work with teaching staff and/or other support staff in devising and implementing individual learning plans to promote students\' academic, social, emotional and behavioral development.
To plan and facilitate structured activities, to support students to make appropriate use of time
To plan and draw up approaches that could be used to support students both individually and within a group.
To train and support identified school staff, by modelling approaches, with a view to staff feeling confident and able to use the approaches following the withdrawal of Learning Mentor.
To work with individuals & groups both within and outside the class room setting
To organize and run extracurricular activities during lunch and out of school activities.
Organize lunchtime activities to support students who have difficulties at break time.
Help students to manage and resolve conflict by using and teaching them a variety of strategies.
To observe and monitor student progress, adapting an agreed approach to meet particular needs, recording and maintaining records of students\' development and progress.
Under the direction of the Vice Principal Pastoral, help to create criteria for identifying those students who need Learning Mentor support.
Help plan the reintegration of students after extended absence or exclusion.
Monitor students\' progress before, during and after intervention to measure the impact of the intervention strategy on progress; include student evaluations
Setting up and running circle time sessions and anger management groups where necessary.
Organizing training for Learning Support Assistants/Teaching Assistants.
Regularly monitor and reward the achievement of children working with you with whom we are working
Undertake a range of administrative duties relevant to the post.
Participate as required in relevant training which has been identified by the members of the Senior Leadership Team.
Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Any other duties relevant to the work of the postholder as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
Teaching groups of children circle activities games during break times.
Any other duties as directed by the Principal
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Student Supervisor or similar role.

Experience of working in a school or busy office environment.
Good English Communications skills, written, and oral
