Job Description

The Office of Enrollment Management is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment Coordinator. The Student Recruitment Coordinator will attend school fairs, exhibitions, and other recruitment functions regularly. The coordinator will ensure that all data is gathered and entered promptly and accurately on Recruit (CRM).Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and carry out student recruitment campaigns and Sharakah program events/activities for undergraduate in the UAE and abroad.
  • Administer digital student recruitment activities and events.
  • Coordinate and follow-up implementation of media plans in support of student recruitment campaigns.
  • Handle inquiries received by email, telephone as well as inquiries received on AUS\' information services platforms.
  • Deliver introductory presentations in various venues and on various occasions as needed in English and Arabic.
  • Represent the Office of Enrollment Management in a wide range of events and activities.
  • Coordinate with AUS\' academic and administrative unites on student recruitment events and activities.
  • Conduct initial evaluation of educational credentials submitted by applicants for admission consideration in undergraduate and graduate programs.
  • Handle and process new student applications files.
  • Act as a point of contact (case officer) for prospective students.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries at the Office of Admissions.
  • Prepare To Whom It May Concern letters to government parties for sponsorship purposes.
  • Handle university tours to familiarize new students with AUS campus, departments and services.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new students, helping students get familiarized with new atmosphere through presentations, workshops and various activities.
  • Plan and coordinate the university calendar of events and logbook maintenance and data entry.
  • Generate leads through marketing activities and follow up with leads in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion rate through recruitment funnel.
  • Intensive use of Recruit (CRM).
  • Schedule and conduct student recruitment webinars.
  • Coordinate with other departments at the university to make sure professors and concerned staff are present at recruitment activities related to their field of work.
  • Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders: school counselors, exhibition organizers, etc. through continuous interaction (emails, phone calls, visits, and meetings).
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business administration, mass communication, public service, or a related field.
  • Be proactive, presentable, punctual, and able to work both as a team and independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to travel intensively both locally and internationally.
  • UAE National preferred.
Qualifications and Skills Preferred
  • Spoken and written Arabic is an advantage.
  • Three years of Student Recruitment or customer service experience.
