Join Our Team as a Student Counselor!

Cromwell UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Counselor to join our dynamic team. As a Student Counselor, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students on program choices and career paths.
• Assist students with academic planning, career exploration, and post-secondary opportunities.
• Actively engage with prospective students via various channels, including phone calls/ emails/ social media etc.
• Attend college fairs, events, and other recruitment activities to promote the institution and its programs.
• Adept at tracking the decision-making stages of the prospective students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective students, including communication history and application status, using the institution's CRM system.

Qualifications:

• English fluency- Urdu/ Hindi/ Arabic fluency would be a plus
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in relevant field
• Experience as a counsellor/ admissions officer or worked in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to empathize and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
