Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structure Foreman for our high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all structural aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

Lead and supervise a team of workers, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.

Coordinate daily activities and tasks related to structural construction, including concrete work, steel reinforcement, and formwork.

Project Execution:

Oversee the implementation of structural plans and blueprints, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.

Monitor and manage the use of materials and equipment, ensuring optimal usage and minimal waste.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets the required standards.

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the structural work promptly.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.

Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for the team to promote a safe working environment.

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and other departments.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, work progress, and any issues encountered.

Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including timelines, resource usage, and safety compliance.

Education, Experience & Skills:

A diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Structure Foreman, with at least 5 years in high-rise building projects.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
