Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Steel Structure Engineer with G+ Certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, analysis, and construction of steel structures, particularly in multi-story buildings (G+12). You will be responsible for overseeing the engineering and structural integrity of steel frameworks, ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and analyze steel structures for multi-story buildings (G+12 and above).
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare detailed structural calculations and reports, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
• Lead and coordinate the construction of steel structures, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Perform quality control and site inspections to ensure construction is up to specification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve structural issues during the construction process.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, guiding them on best practices and problem-solving.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Certification in Steel Structure Engineering (required).
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in steel structure design and construction, particularly for G+12 buildings or higher.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, Tekla, SAP2000).
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Experience with advanced structural modeling and BIM.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
